Returns & Refunds Policy

All of our items are print-to-order custom products. Therefore, we do not accept refunds on any items, unless the item is defective. 

If any items in your order are defective, you may return them for a refund on that item within 14 days of your order being delivered. Shipping is not refundable, and customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

To initiate a refund due to a defect:

1. Contact us at info@o2treehouse.com, within 14 days of the date of delivery for your order. Please include the reason for return and a picture of the item's defect.

2. We will get back to you, to let you know whether your request for return has been accepted, and instructions for return if it is approved.
